Non-host cannot activate supercruise in multiplayer
If I start a singleplayer world, set the privacy to friends, and have a friend join my game, they can't activate supercruise on their ship. They press the hotbar button and it does nothing. But if I get into their ship instead and press the same hotbar button, it works.
