At the very least i'll look into it within a couple of hours
All my mods have a kind of "compatibility layer" built into them so that they can work together and thus be more lag friendly. So there's probably something wrong there.
Which is why i think that the compatibility issues you guys are experiencing are happening because your mods are outdated. Sometimes Steam may not correctly update your mods. Some other people have reported similar things happening back when i released "The Toybox Collection" and it not working well with "The Rotten Collection".
Below is a fix that should force Steam to download and install the newest version:

Update: i did find a bug that could prevent the D7 effect from triggering. This should now be fixed!
UPDATE: The item now has the name "Annulled Engagement" as a temporary fix.
