Rim-Effect: Asari and Reapers

A question about mechanics and one about compatibility
I really like practically everything from this mod, the exception being that there's apparently no way to have Asari colonies in the world, well, at least from what I read in the description. Is there anyway to do that (from the mod settings), or is it simply not possible?

This leads to my second question, which is if this mod can be used with Rimeffect Races (Continued): https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2926557428 which is what I used before this one, and from what I can see there doesn't seems to have any overlapping, with the exception of Drell and Reapers. Rim-Effect Asari aren't meant to have colonies. As I understand it, adding colonies of them will break in some form or another, though I've always intentionally avoided such a thing.
I don't recall Rimeffect Races having any direct issues with the Rim-Effect series, but they do add overlapping races; For instance, the RR Asari don't have the custom reproductive or starting Biotics bonuses that RE Asari do. RE Asari also will not appear in RR Asari colonies.

Also, I just took a peek at RR, and there seems to be a whole ton of bugs going on with them right now, due to a complete lack of Biotech integration. I'm not sure it would be a good idea to use it in a committed playthrough right now.
