Bug Reports and Troubleshooting
This is a pretty complex mod, and the number of combinations of the games different modes\expansions and DLCs makes it difficult to test thoroughly. It's worked for me in every game I've played with it, but it's inevitable that there may be some issues I simply haven't found. And, that's before the added complexity of interactions with the thousands of other mods on the workshop.

If you do have problems please post the following information here, to help me work out what might be wrong:
  • What is the problem, or issue you are seeing ("doesn't work" won't help me!)?
  • What expansions\DLCs do you have enabled, and whether you are on Windows or another platform?
  • What game modes are enabled (Barbarian Clans, Monopolies, etc)?
  • Whether or not the mod was enabled from the very start of the game
  • Is it a singleplayer, multiplayer, or hotseat game?
  • Does it happen every game, or does it seem to be a one-off issue?
  • Did anything 'interesting' happened just before the issue occurred (could be things like a city being captured, wonder built, civ eliminated, etc)?
  • What other mods do you have enabled?

Addtionally, the game creates log files that contain information that can be massively helpful in tracking down bugs, without these log files finding the cause of problems I can't reproduce is pretty much impossible. To get these files:
  • Start the game and play through until the problem occurs.
  • Exit the game
  • Go to C:\Users\<yourusername>\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Logs\
  • Copy the contents of Database.log, Modding.log and lua.log to pastebin.com (or dropbox, or similar site)
  • Include the links to the log files your bug report.

Even with all that info, there's still no guarantee I'll be able to fix every issue, but there is at least a chance.

  • The endgame replay stopped at turn 56, when my full game had around 200.
  • Every single expansion and DLC, playing on Windows.
  • Secret Societies only.
  • This is literally the first mod I installed when I first bought the game a few months ago, never disabled it, ever.
  • Singleplayer.
  • The replay ended exactly on the turn that a CS was destroyed by barbarians.
  • Other than this mod, I had enabled for the game:
    -Port Lime - Bridge Districts
    -Loyal Capitals
    -Prismatic - Color and Jersey Overhaul
    -ARS - More Players v2.4
    -Extended Eras
    -Detailed Map Tacks
    -Origin - Real Start Locations
    -Real Strategy (AI)
    -Cheat Menu For Units (I was using this one to test promotion combinations, and I remember using it a few months before with the replay mod enabled so I don't think it's this one at least)
  • This happens almost every game I play.

  • The endgame replay stopped at around turn 64, but the full game was 134 turns long. Though when I press "Just one more turn!" and go to the replay screen in-game, everything works correctly. That is, all the turns are accounted and shown, albeit with the map limited to the player's explored territory at each turn, as it should. Only the endgame screen replay has that issue
  • All the expansions and DLCs, Windows
  • Secret societies, barbarian clans, monopolies, Sukritact’s oceans. I also set the resources setting to abundant at the start, if that helps
  • The mod was enabled from the very start
  • Singleplayer
  • It happens almost every game, I’d say like 95% of the time
  • It happened right after I conquered Teddy’s last city. It seems that this issue always happens due to some player being beaten, whether it be a civ or a city state
  • Here are all the mods I had enabled during my playthrough:
    -Greatest cities;
    -Endgame Map Replay;
    -Better Religion Window (UI);
    -Better Loading Screen (UI);
    -Earlier Renewables;
    -Miguel’s SuperTimer;
    -Rest Reminder;
    -Oasis Caravanserai;
    -Happiness and Growth Indicators;
    -Reveal Secret Society Promotions;
    -Envoy Quest List;
    -Great Person Recruited Notification;
    -Sukritact’s Oceans;
    -What Did I Promise?;
    -Reveal Random Research;
    -Better Climate Screen (UI);
    -Extended Policy Cards;
    -Origin – Real Start Locations;
    -Quick Deals;
    -Detailed Map Tacks;
    -Better Honey Graphics;
    -Better World Rankings (UI);
    -CQUI – Community Quick User Interface;
    -Sukritact’s Global Relations Panel;
    -Quick Start (Linux, Mac, Windows);
    -Good Goody Huts;
    -Sukritact’s Civ Selection Screen

@Unlimited, I think you might have just given me the clue I needed to get to the bottom of this, and explain why I've never seen it myself!

You say you get this problem in almost every game; am I right in guessing that you usually play your games through in one sitting, and don't tend to reload save games very often?

If you happen to still have a save file from a few turns before you win a game where you've seen this problem, could you try loading that save, playing out the last few turns to victory, and letting me know if the End Game replay still stops when the first opponent is eliminated?
My guess is that it won't, and that it will correctly play the replay to the end...

Yes, I do tend to start and end my games in one sitting. I will play a few games and upload a couple of game samples here if that helps, it will take some time though)

Not the most detailed bug report as i don't have the logs anymore, but maybe it can help.
A thing that i found while using this mod is that most of the time the count stops whenever there are only three civs left alive (2 AI and me). This happens like 90% of the time.
As i said i don't have the logs. I have a lot of mods usually enabled.
Hope this helps

This works btw
Decided to come back to this, I don't know if the mod will ever be updated again or if someone will make a different mod with a hotfix. But I pinpointed exactly when the replays stop working:

It's quite literally, always when a City-State gets razed or conquered. Specifically a City-State and nothing else. Saving and reloading the game on the same turn or any turn afterwards it happened fixes this, but it's temporary and a bit of a chore to do every single time if you like seeing the replays.
