Hide hex grid + Ultrawide resolution
Hello,

First I want to say, love the mod, and all of your mods for that matter.
I'd been using the Replay Button mod [forums.civfanatics.com] but it hasn't been updated in a while, and is really heavy on larger maps, although I love the amount of information it gives.

As for your mod, I have some tiny problems with it. My first one is that the map occupies a very small portion of the screen on my ultrawide (2560x1080) display, so I can barely see hexes.
And speaking about hexes, I would love if there was an option to hide hex borders in order to make the map less cluttered. I've been looking at the texture and xml files, but I can't seem to find what's causing them in order to disable them myself.

For some other miscellaneous suggestions, I'd like to see pings for nukes, and maybe make the overlay on owned sea tiles a bit more transparent (or add an option to hide it completely) to show the landmasses more clearly during the endgame.

Hmm, could you post a screenshot somewhere so I can better see what you mean about the map size? Does it have the same problem with the map in fullscreen mode as well as windowed?

The grid borders are unavoidable I'm afraid, I'd wanted to be able to have the map without them, but they're baked into the games textures. The only way to remove them would be to redraw\recreate new textures specifically for the map view, which is far too much work. And, even then, it would highlight problems with the pixel scaling and positioning of tiles that the borders are currently masking.

Hello, sorry for the late reply.
That's a shame for the grid borders, I guess I'll have to get used to it. As for the map size, ingame (when opened in full screen) it looks great and takes up as much area as possible. However, it's in the endgame screen that it looks way too small to make out any detail. Screenshots below.

Shame that the black border between tiles can't be removed :( They really make it hard to get a general overview of the world at a glance.

@Laslas, Thanks for screenshot, I see what you mean about the end game screen. That's not the intended behaviour as there's still loads of unused vertical space, so something isn't quite right with my scaling code. I'll try and have a look at it soonish.
