I dont think the case needed over the top cosmetics. Many better cosmetics were passed up because wacky ones like this were on the workshop. The community seems to look down on this case because many of us wanted less whimsical/wacky cosmetics.

This item is a misc, so no unusuals. I made a "normal" hat too, but Valve apparently wasn't interested.
