When you buy an unusual, youre buying the effect, nobody cares what the hat is
that leaves the rest of us with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ all class hat

I dont think the case needed over the top cosmetics. Many better cosmetics were passed up because wacky ones like this were on the workshop. The community seems to look down on this case because many of us wanted less whimsical/wacky cosmetics.

This item is a misc, so no unusuals. I made a "normal" hat too, but Valve apparently wasn't interested.

Is there a way for you to just pull the items from your workshop?

Unfortunately, this does not supplement TF2's art style.
