Yes, they should still be considered beta mods. I am doing my best to not break backwards compatibility except between major updates in RimWorld itself (such as from 1.4 to 1.5), but I have not reached my 1.0 release goals yet.

I see, would the 1.4 ver still be updated or is it considered complete?

I will not be backporting features to previous versions of RimWorld, no. A significant amount of the functionality in A Rim Reborn is actually using bleeding-edge features in each new version of RimWorld, some of which was added by Ludeon specifically due to modder requests. Unfortunately, this makes backporting practically impossible unless I reimplement entire game systems. Apologies for the inconvenience!

NP at all, thats understandable.

I just want to know if the 1.4 version could be considered complete and stable. bug free etc.
I really like these race mods and want to try using your races instead of biotech for something new.

The 1.4 version is stable in the sense that there are no known significant bugs and it should not be changing, yes.
