How can I apply this mode to the azure sheep?

I subscribed and applied both the black mesa azure sheep and the HD pack of that mode, but it doesn't apply in that mode. Is there a way?

BMCER is meant to be used with default Black Mesa/custom maps for Black Mesa, not with full conversion mods like Black Mesa Azure Sheep of Black Mesa Blue Shift. I may dabble in to making separate Azure Sheep compatible version in the future but at the moment that is far from priority.
