For balance issues the Max number of spys in agency has been reduced to a total of 10. Please note that gaining this number is far easier to achieve than in a vanilla game. I'm aware that a large number of folk out there would rather that number be higher. Here is how you can adjust Agency to make that change.

1. Subscribe to "The Agency - 1.11.* playtest"
2. Install a text editing program. (I prefer the free software 'Notepad ++')
3. find your steam directory and navigate to the folder "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\2671359474\common\defines"
4. open the file tallEIS_defines.lua in the text editing program of your choice.
5. look at line 67 for the line "--NDefines.NOperatives.MAX_RECRUITED_OPERATIVES = 10"
6. remove the "--" at the start of this line and change 10 to the maximum number of spies you want. Then save the file

your done!
