Relentless after Kinetic Strike means I only get to use shield bash on a different target, since Kinetic Strike still has that 2 turn cooldown. I'm guessing this is intended?

Give it a kinetic strike module. That thing has zero cooldown, and you can smash things as many times in a turn as you have the actions to do so. Blue move to a thing, smash it to bits for 20 damage, get a free movement point and free action point, move to another guy, smash it to bits, get a free movement point, move adjacent to *another* guy and get a reaction punch on it when it tries to move out of being flanked. Lightning strike lets you run really far away to punch something and get a free action to strike it into the dirt, leading into another free move and strike.

How does the 'Medispray' ability work? I am unable to equip Medkits, and I don't see a 'Medispray' ability when on the tactical map. Is it part of the 'Fumigate' ability?

it's a seperate ability you should have 1 charge with no medikits equipped.

Interesting, I don't see one when on a mission. I wonder if it is an issue with other mods I have installed.

I'm having the same problem, Chemthrower isn't getting any other abilities besides normal fire unless I have a canister equipped. Don't have Medispray or Fumigate abilities.

Sounds like an ATSR issue then, please make sure you are using Musashi Mod Fixes by iridar.

If you guys are running Field Alchemist i've found the issue, that has ATSR config set for the perks to cover chemthrower, but not the sparkrifle needed for the spark pioneer, updating ATSR for prof sparks to do so so should be sorted very shortly, thanks for the report.
