Does anyone else have a bug where the countdown timers sometimes don't work?

This is gamebreaking as the evac countdown never goes down, status effects stay on soldiers indefinitely such as Stasis or On Fire and missions can't be completed. It also affects the reinforcements timer so they also never appear.

It's not consistent and sometimes missions are fine.
