What Dev Release Version is the Steam release?

Trying to figure this one out. Dev version are like 20+ etc and Steam are like Beta 5. Which is which please?

Steam is 1.01 or 1.02 and the final release. Anything prior to that is a beta. Nexus has an experimental build called dev 30, it makes major changes to game mechanics, and I doubt it will go anywhere.
