I want to re-enable the whole Buy One Gun, Get the Rest Free deal. Is there a mod I download for that?

I'm good with either a mod like that, or a mod that gives me unlimited supplies so I can buy enough to equip all my soldiers. I'm just tired of having to swap them out every time one of my soldiers can't go into battle.
