Unable to start part 3 of the Hunt the chosen missions
Not sure what I am doing wrong here, I have all of the part 2 missions completed, but I am only able to launch 1 of the covert ops for teir 3, the other 2 say no appropriate unit available, even though I have plenty of soldiers at the required rank or higher.

I haven't played in a while, but don't these missions require MSGT rank, which would be the highest rank? I could be wrong though. So don't take my word for it.
