Is it possible to rescue Captured Soldiers?
I have had a few of my best troops abducted by the chosen can i get them back? i have not seen any mission to get them or any covert ops to find where they are being held. also while i'm not sure if i'm going to do something like this yet but is there a console command that gives back captured soldiers?

Yes, the mission will come along eventually. Note that sometimes they are part of larger prison break missions -- just look for their name in the mission description

And yes, they will have the gear they were abducted with only after getting back to the Avenger

do i have to get the first time they appear or is there only 1 chance?
