Changes to True Primary Secondaries
- Primary pistols no longer grant a movement, detection radius or damage bonus. Be sure to grab my Inventory Slot Weight Toggler so pistols don't have weight when used as primaries. I made this change as primary pistols are going to be only for certain classes (right now, the Akimbo). Feel free to config your own game but don't try to tell me that I need to rebalance primary pistols to compete with SMGs so all classes can use them. I only added TPS for Akimbo, Stormrider, and some other custom classes anyway.

- Primary pistols use LWOTC's Midshort range table.

- Rookies can no longer equip primary pistols, autopistols, swords or sawed-off shotguns, nor can they equip the Empty secondary (they don't have secondary slots anyway).

- The Empty secondary has an infiltration value of 0; it should have absolutely no effect on infiltration. (Tell me if that is not in fact the case.) In terms of LWOTC classes (the base ones and the ones I've made), Empty is currently only an equipment option for the Stormrider; this is by design. Mobility is really useful in LWOTC and I didn't want every class being able to take it (especially with all the redundant ability icons it leaves in the ability bar).

- The Whippit Shotgun cannot be equipped as a primary weapon by any humanoid character template. TPS changes its magazine size to 6 when used as a primary (not even WSR can override it) and I don't want this. You can change this in the XComGame.ini in Mod Jam's main directory (not the TPS folder or any of the other folders). If you do change this, don't ask me to nerf the Whippit Shotgun, I'm not going to.
