Changes to Gun Raise Animation
This is a feature that's more relevant to MEC Troopers, Buildable Units and Playable XCOM 2 Aliens, but I figure rather than adding it to all 3 of those mods and thus needing all 3 of them to be set up exactly the same, I'll add it to Mod Jam instead. If my OPTC features and new config options ever get added to Gun Raise Animation proper, I'll remove the related stuff from Mod Jam as it will no longer be necessary.

- Two new conditions have been added via OPTC to the IRI_Serial_Animations_Passive ability. One checks for class template, and the other checks for character template. Any class/character defined in the XComCanHaveGunRaiseAnimation.ini file will not get that passive ability and thus not perform the gun raise animation.

- By default, the following classes are added to the config and thus won't perform the animation: Templar, Hoplite, Akimbo, and Stormrider (LWOTC). Since those classes don't use two-handed firearms, the animation doesn't really suit them.

- By default, the following character templates are added to the config and thus won't perform the animation: both kinds of MEC Troopers, all aliens from Playable XCOM 2 Aliens For LWOTC, and all units from Buildable Units. The animation really only works for standard sized human-type body types (i.e. humans, Skirmishers, ADVENT soldiers of all kinds). I haven't added any enemy templates to this config, since as far as I know, no enemy uses the abilities that I've defined in the other config file.

- The original mod's ability list has been zeroed out, and a new one has been set up within Mod Jam's XComAnims.ini file. The default abilities are as follows: Run And Gun (LWOTC), Serial, Hidden Reserves (ABB Perk Pack), Activate Psi Inducer (A Better Barracks Arsenal), Dedication (LWOTC), Over Exertion (Extended Perk Pack), Fortify (LWOTC), Slam Fire (Shadow Ops), This One's Mine (Shadow Ops), Zone Of Control (Shadow Ops), Body Shield (LWOTC), and Impact Fields (LWOTC). If you want to add or remove any, be sure to do so in Mod Jam's XComAnims.ini, not Gun Raise Animation's.
