Changes to Purge Priests
- All Purge Priest basic stat changes and damage changes from B&T Expanded Enemies Redux have been carried over to Mod Jam. This also includes a damage nerf to the Purge Bolt abilities, since guaranteed burning is already really strong in LWOTC.

- All Purge Priest variants can now drop a corpse of some kind. Purge Priests and Purge Bishops drop Purge Priest Corpses, and Exalted Purge Bishops and Exalted Purge Archbishops drop Exalted Purge Bishop Corpses. The former is worth 15 Supplies on the Black Market, the latter is worth 25. Both of these can also be autopsied after completing Alien Biotech. The former will require 5 Scientists, and the latter will require 6.

- All enemy Purge Priest variants now have the Thousands To Go ability (grants an extra non-movement action after making a kill with their primary weapon) on their primary weapons, to help them more easily deal with the Lost in a no headshots environment. This will also make them really good at slaughtering your Rebels, so be careful of them on Retaliations.

- Exalted Purge Bishops and Archbishops now have the Brawler ability, which gives them 30% damage resistance from attacks within 4 tiles (make sure you're running a recent LWOTC build for this ability).

- Exalted Purge Archbishops no longer have the Energy Resistance ability, but now have the Sustain ability.

- Dragon Rounds and their associated Proving Grounds project now use the Purge Priest Corpse and Autopsy rather than the Muton Elite. All other requirements are the same. This has a side effect of the Dragon Rounds being able to potentially be acquired 1 Force Level earlier than before (Purge Priests debut at Force Level 12, Muton Elites debut at Force Level 13).

- All enemy Purge Priest weapons use an adjusted range table, which is a mix of LWOTC shotgun bonuses up close, and Purge Gun penalties at range. The Exalted version is still more accurate at close to mid-close range than the regular version.

- In addition to the new corpses, Purge Priests and Purge Bishops now drop M2 timed loot and Vulture loot, and Exalted Purge Bishops and Exalted Purge Archbishops now drop M3 timed loot and Vulture loot (they all previously dropped M1 stuff).

- New item for XCOM: Purge Gun.
  • This is a shotgun-type weapon that has no attachment slots, but has a starting magazine size of 6 and is guaranteed to set its target on fire on a hit, unlike Dragon Rounds which has a 50/50 chance.
  • It deals 5-7 damage, 2 crit damage and 2 shred, but has no innate crit chance bonus like a regular shotgun would. Uses the same new range table as the enemy version.
  • Note that unlike Immolators, this weapon does magnetic-type projectile damage, so it's still useful against things like robots.
  • You can build these in Engineering once you finish the Purge Priest Autopsy and Gauss Weapons research. Each one costs 30 Supplies, 3 Alien Alloys, 6 Elerium Dust, and 1 Purge Priest Corpse. You'll also need 5 Engineers.
- New item for XCOM: Exalted Purge Gun.
  • This is a shotgun-type weapon that has no attachment slots, but has a starting magazine size of 8 and is guaranteed to set its target on fire on a hit, unlike Dragon Rounds which has a 50/50 chance.
  • It deals 6-10 damage, 4 crit damage and 4 shred, but has no innate crit chance bonus like a regular shotgun would. Uses the same new range table as the enemy version, which is a slight improvement over the Purge Gun.
  • Like the Purge Gun, this weapon does magnetic-type projectile damage, so it's still useful against things like robots.
  • You can build these in Engineering once you finish the Exalted Purge Bishop Autopsy and Advanced Coilguns research. Each one costs 40 Supplies, 5 Alien Alloys, 8 Elerium Dust, and 1 Exalted Purge Bishop Corpse. You'll also need 7 Engineers.
- New item for XCOM: Purge Plating.
  • This is a new plating-type item which, in addition to Carapace Plating levels of ablative HP, also grants the Brawler ability and makes the wearer immune to fire and Chryssalid poison.
  • You'll need to do the Purge Plating project in the Proving Grounds before you can build these in Engineering. To unlock this, you'll need the Carapace Plating project as well as the Exalted Purge Bishop Autopsy. It will cost 40 Supplies, 6 Alien Alloys, 1 Elerium Core and 1 Exalted Purge Bishop Corpse to start. You'll also need 6 Engineers and 6 Scientists. Upon completion, you'll get a Purge Plating.
  • After finishing the Purge Plating project, you can build more Purge Plating in Engineering for 4 Alien Alloys, 3 Elerium Dust and 1 Exalted Purge Bishop Corpse.
- Some existing Localizations have been adjusted, mainly for the purpose of making certain things more transparent to the player.
