Outpost Bug on Loading
Every time I load the game, I get the following error log:

The only thing I can think of is I'm running it with the Androids/Androids expanded mod and have some bots in the outpost, so perhaps their energy meter is low? If I destroy the outpost and resettle it, I have no issues until I reload the game.
