[Bug, solved] Unable to create outpost. Problem persists even after disabling entire modlist (except DLC + requirements)

Scavenging outpost bug?

So yeah, cant create an outpost

[Bug] Can't select crop for farming outpost

All pawns are standing after creating farming outpost

So after i created first outpost all pawns in colony stopped automatically doing they work, all pawns are not able to haul and i lost 20 fps on 3x speed (but who cares about them)
Both Vanilla fishing and sushi are disabeled
