[Bug, solved] Unable to create outpost. Problem persists even after disabling entire modlist (except DLC + requirements)

It seems that animals break outposts

Okay I've had some problems with choosing products on production and mining outposts and I think I got the reason of it: when there are animals(mares and elephants in my case) in outposts you can't change products. As soon as I removed animals from it I could change products as well
