Can't capture raiders in outposts.
My outpost was raided and one of the raiders was pretty decent so I wanted to capture her.

I make a bed, order my colonist to capture her. He carries her to a prison bed and... nothing.

The pawn won't put the captured raider on the bed.

I ordered the pawn to drop her, and she was still hostile.

I recruited her via Dev Mode, and the battle ended.

But somehow I got the "Caravan Lost" notification and see that the prisoner I already sent there was lost.

The outpost defenses aren't really on "your maps", as far as i know they're hidden to the player unless a raid is actively going on, so any spare pawns that aren't owned by you when the battle ends are probably getting lost or deleted.

It *might* be possible to use Drop Pods (or SRTS or SOS2) to send a quick reaction force from you rmain colony to the camp, grab the prisoner, and run back before the battle ends.

You can use a pawn to 'Carry and leave area', then they will form a caravan.
