Error when turning off Outpost Raids

It looks like when the outpost raid option is ticked off, a line is added to the save file such as

<li> <other>Faction_264</other> <goodwill>100</goodwill> </li>

This format is incorrect, it should be

<li> <other>Faction_264</other> <kind>Ally</kind> <goodwill>100</goodwill> </li>
