Base Randomly Loads In
The base randomly loads in and they suddenly have a slave every time, any ideas?
I try to re-settle but it only works for so long..

I have the same problem. I get a message says generating a new map for an encounter, but there are no enemies spawned and one of my pawns is missing.

For now I am just using dev mode to instantly pack, resettle and send resources since the production cycle was almost finished.

I haven't had a resolve to this issue. I eventually gave up and brought everyone home and it turned out among them was also a guy who was dead for 4 years.

for what it's worth, i haven't continued playing long after this, but in the dev mode menu there's a 'Force End Outpost Raid' button listed under Vanilla Outposts Expanded. using that made my outpost go back to normal, at least for now. worth a shot if you're like me and having this happen once a quadrum lol

I tried dev-mode instant packing up and it did just fine, and let me re-establish, no trouble. Except that it apparently counted all my colonists as lost. So everyone back home had "lost a friend/colonist" debuffs. A real "stop telling people I'm dead!" "sometimes I can still hear his voice..." moment.

Finally found the devmode end-raid button. I'll be sticking to that.

I'm having this problem frequently too. I uploaded the logs, there seems to be a NullReferenceException when resolving the wealth for an outpost raid.

Just Jumping in to say I also have been experiencing this. Came to see if I was the only one. It only started recently, so I thought it might be some weird mod compatability issue

also experienced this today.

1) It was a factory outpost making soup
2) It had a prisoner in the camp that was added later
3) Ive had an artillery outpost for a long time with a prisoner without issue

*edit* Another outpost, that was told to "pack up" had just finished packing up when the bug happen it seems. And the pawns in the bugged outpost had founded that other outpost if i recall correctly.

It happened again just now, the outpost had a prisoner, i did not put it there, it became a prisoner after a raid. i should have removed him before i got the bug. because this time force end raid didnt even work. i have uploaded logs again from this incident, hoping it may help. have a nice day

Just had this too. There was a prisoner presumamby from a prior raid. I freed them, they left but the map didn't disappear.
When I packed up with dev mode the prisoner was suddenly in the caravan again and the animals were all gone.

Yeah, I keep having this happen as well, my mining outpost will randomly pop back out of it's pocket dimension as if a raid is happening but there is no raid popup or anything just "Generating map for encounter" The camp does have a prisoner from a previous raid and I wonder if that has anything to do with it. But from what I can tell, there is no way to get this camp to go back to its pocket dimension except packing it up and when you do that, it says that all the pawns in the camp were lost and it gives all my pawns a mood debuff. Also, the pawns always seem to be starving as soon as they pop out of the pocket dimension.

Same problem here. Seems to always be exactly around two weeks before delivery. I'm only using the scavaging outpost. There is no error in the debug console.

Having the same issue with a mining outpost. Like other said you can force end raids with dev mode, and raids can be disabled from the mod options. I hope someone figures out the problem though because I really like defending outposts, adds a risk/reward challenge that's basically gone when raids are disabled.
