[SUGGESTION] Add an option for caravans to take pawns from outposts

this would fix the issue with being unable to extract prisoners and being unable to merge them with other caravans.

Yeah I would like to see that as well. For now the only way to reliably get the prisoner out of the outpost is to pack the entire outpost which, while managable, is time consuming and just annoying to do.

I think this is necessary yeah. Only thing I can think to do, given an abundance of resources, is to add a colonist pawn to the caravan via drop pod. Still, it only solves it for one prisoner, if you have multiple you want to move its basically up to packing.
