[BUG] Saving errors with items left inside outposts

Whenever a caravan enters an outpost, all extra items that said caravan was carrying are placed into the ITEMS menu of an outpost.

When a save is loaded that contains an outpost that has extra items, the game throws errors about said items being unable to be referenced or being deepsaved twice.
