If you bring an extra weapon into an outpost, equipping a pawn that already is carrying another weapon with said weapon will throw an error in the log and cause the pawn's worn clothing to appear in the Equippable items tab.

Attempting to equip the glitched clothing onto another pawn in the outpost will throw warnings into the log, but will cause the graphical glitch to resolve itself.

The error also happens when trying to remove a weapon from a pawn, making you pretty much unable to change a pawn's weapons in the outpost's GEAR interface.
