Stats for this EPIC weapon?
Here's mine:

+ Silent Killer (Enemies make no sound when they die and they don't show in the kill feed)
+ You make no sounds from fire/bullets/explosives/and even death.
+ You make no footstep sounds

- When shooting, the laser shows.
- 20 fall damage vulnerability

Are these good?
Any others?

yes i like it
+Silent killer
+20% Cloak duration
+Softer footsteps and cloaking/uncloaking noises
+Reduced recoil/Faster firing speed
+Can be fired while disguised but this uses 50% cloak per shot (not enough cloak will cause user to be revealed when fired)
+50% Damage on Headshots

-Visible laser point (like the sniper rifle)
-Damage is reduced when the range is increased
-20% Damage towards enemy buildings
-50% Reload Speed (no more speed reload attachment)
-No random critical hits
+25% Fire vulnerability on user

Cosmetic:
I suggest removing those wires and place the bottom of the barrel back :)
Makes almost the same noise as the hitman's heatmaker but with a smaller caliber

To be used with:
Eternal reward
Cloak and dagger

These are all just suggestions just choose which u think is sensible or practical for the weapon.

I'd say keep it powered but not overpowered and balanced, something ike
+silent killer
+very little firing sound (this wont actually be a stat, but the sound will be small)
+10% cloak
-fires tracer rounds

shots fired make almost no noise
+50% ammo
-30% damage
-when not cloaked laser is shown
+bullets fly to where the laser is
-bullets are extremly fast projectiles
+bullets fly to where the laser is pointed

somthing different

pros:
-shooting doesn't break disguise
-weapon maches to the disguised person

cons:
-100% damage penalty
-no critical hits

use it when your knife is more important to you and this can be used to be a more effective spy by letting them think you are one of them.

I got something good:

+ Unknown Assassin: No sound from any enemies when killed, and each kill stores a critical hit.
+ 20% Firing Speed
+ 15% Damage Bonus
+ Shooter doesn't lose disguise when shooting

- Critical hits make an ungodly loud sound, thus attracting players
- 25% Player speed
- 30% Slower weapon transition time (changing weapons)
- Player gets marked for death during Disguise.

it could have a secondary fire that does something with sentries such as using them for eyes or seeing the other teams team chat and since its with wires INFINITE MORE DAMAGE AGAINST USER WHEN ATTACKER IS USING SHORTCIRCUIT

lol this is way better then everyone else's suggestions.
I would advise plus 20-30 % cloak though.
