Tips & Tricks for Enlistment feature
Here are some advice on the enlistment system for players who like to start the game fresh with classic starts and minimal modifications to what they spawn with. This post is also for those who wish to maximise what they gain in terms of benefits from this faction.

Early enlistment:
- If you start the game with the three crashlanded or rich explorer, you can immediately enlist with the rangers by gifting them silver. You immediately earn this silver back during the first salary paycheck. (Harder to do on Tribal or Naked start.)

Provision tips:
- If your colonists split caravans before collecting provisions, the faction allows you to redeem for each split caravan at the same time instead. (This counts for issue kit)

- Provisions and issue kit cooldown do not apply for all of their settlements, it's only for the settlement you just collected from. This allows split caravans or roaming caravans to redeem issue kit and provisions per faction settlement. (Does not count for salary.)

Part-Time work tips:
- If you split your caravan to each individual pawn, you can earn more money having them work individually than in one whole caravan.

Rapid deployment during emergencies:
- If you have a lot of pawns idling on faction settlements, living on provisions and doing part-time work, having thousands of silver saved in your faction storage helps you deploy these pawns rapidly to where you need to send them in case of an emergency. This is useful for those who do not use the SRTS mod.

Reinforcements & Relations
- If you are low on relations due to needing reinforcements constantly from your faction, be sure to remember gifting some of your salary by trade or part-time earnings to gain relations back.

Hospital
- If you have infected pawns, leaving them idle in the hospital will save their lives if you make it to a faction settlement on time.
