HINTS AND SOLUTION
THE ARCHAEOLOGIST OFFICE HINTS AND SOLUTION
The more you reveal the more you get to the final solution

FIND THE OFFICE KEY

1) Look at yourself.
2) Look through the mirror.

UNLOCK THE DRAWER NEXT TO THE PC

BINOCULARS

1) Have you found the archaeologist note about the binoculars?
2) Look in a place where the archaeologist would always see his notes.
3) Binoculars are in a high position, look better.
4) Look near the PC to find the binoculars.
5) Binoculars must have a place to be put. Remember the note about them.

HORUS EYE

6) Have you found another Horus eye in the room?
7) The Horus eye is a key for opening something.
8) Look somewhere near the PC.

GIZA FIRST COMBINATION

9) It has one dot, and it is in a place you already opened.
10) Look where you used Horus Eye.
11) It seems there is a golden coin missing. It is somewhere in the room.
12) Look better on the archaeologist desk.
13) Turn the coin according with the combination you found.

SOLVING THE SECRET ARCHIVE RIDDLE

OPENING THE SECRET ARCHIVE

1) Have you found something that remembers you the scrolls on the archive bookcase?
2) Look near the archaeologist desk.
3) Look in the desk drawers.
4) Perhaps the circles on the piece of papers are somewhat connected with the scrolls on the archive bookcase.
5) There are strange red signs and harrows on the archive bookcase.
6) Associate the position of the scrolls with the ones on the piece of paper.
7) Pull them. If it does not work, think the opposite.

FINDING THE EIGHT PIECES OF THE PAPYRUS

8) Look on and all around the desk. You will find two of them.
9) Look in the piece of furniture with the PC on it. You will fine two of them.
10) Look on the bookcase. You will find one.
11) Look at the sofa. You will find one.
12) Look in the drawer near the PC that you opened earlier.

SOLVING THE PAPYRUS PUZZLE

13) Place the papyrus so that they make sense.
14) Perhaps the password is connected with the papyrus.
15) Bulls, pieces of bread and boat.

OPENING THE BOOKSHELF

1) Interact with the wheel under the papyrus secret compartment to open the bookshelf in the room.

THE LONG CORRIDOR

1) This is not the way. You won’t be able to get to the chest from here.

SOLVING THE III DINASTY RIDDLE

1) Writing everything down would help a lot.
2) Make a table 5x3.
3) If the second in the order reigned for 19 years and the second or four is Khaba (who reigned for three years) the solution is simple.
4) Since second in order reigned for 19 years, he cannot be Khaba because he reigned for three years. Khaba is then the fourth in the order.
5) Dinasty ended in 2575 BC and lasted for 75 years.
6) So the dynasty began in 2650 BC (years go backwards since they are before Christ).
7) Khaba began to reign in 2603 BC. So…
8) So he ruled from 2603 to 2600 BC and the last pharaoh reigned for 25 years (from 2600 to 2575 BC).
9) On 2611 BC there was a passage to the throne. This means something clear…
10) It means that the third pharaoh must have ruled from 2611 to 2603 BC (8 years). It can’t be the second because otherwise the first pharaoh would have ruled from 2650 to 2611 BC which are 39 years. But we know that the last one ruled more than any other (and now we know it’s 25 years).
11) Now that we know everything about the third pharaoh we should calculate what happened before that...
12) … The second pharaoh ruled 19 years, so from 2630 to 2611 BC and the first ruled from 2650 to 2630 BC (20 years).
13) Djoser reigned a year less than Sanakht. So…
14) So, since the first ruled 20 years and the second ruled 19 years, Djoser must be the second and Sanakht must be the third in the order.
15) The fifth is not Sakhemkhet so it must be…
16) It must be Huni. And the third must be Sakhemkhet.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE SOLUTION OF THE III DINASTY RIDDLE?

17) Look for something similar to the drawing on the riddle piece of paper.
18) The desk!
19) Five letters. Is there any relevant letter you remember from the III dynasty riddle?
20) The first letters of the 5 pharaohs!

SOLVE THE DIVINITY CLOCK RIDDLE

FIRST STEP: CLOSING THE FIGURES

1) What is that button at the left of the clock for?
2) You need to close them in the right sequence. There is a way to do it without guessing it.
3) Just look to the clock.

SECOND STEP: ASSIGN THE NAMES

4) Have you found a note about the deities picture? Look better in the room!
5) Near the PC.
6) Have you found the deities picture? It is like a poster.
7) The note says it should be put away.
8) It was behind the bookcase!
9) The note says the name of the deities are wrong…
10) But colours are right, it seems.
11) Just don’t look at the picture of the gods, look behind them!
12) Assign the names so that colours on the poster matches the ones on the clock.

THIRD STEP: ASSIGN PURPOSE TO THE GODS

13) Have you found what is near the sarcophagus?
14) The images on the turnables must be connected to the words on the deities picture. Better to have pen and paper for this one.
15) Wait. There is more than one word next to a god.
16) Find a way so that only one word is connected to a singular god.
17) Look at all the images on the turnables.
18) Turnables have nine images. There are 11 words on the poster.
19) Two of them has to be wrong.
20) There is no image on turnables connected to Art and Beauty. Cancel them.
21) I found something about a deity which is not on the clock…
22) Maat picture! It is connected to balance. Maat is not on the clock so also the word “balance” has to be cancelled.
23) At this point one deity is connected to only one word…
24) Ra is connected to the word “sun” for sure.
25) Now the word “sun” has to be cancelled. Just proceed like this until you have the solution.

SOLVE THE FIRST PART OF GIZA COMPLEX RIDDLE

1) Have you found the pyramids you need?
2) Look at the hint on drawer on the Giza Complex riddle table.
3) The pyramids must be red.
4) One is in the sarcophagus, one is behind the bookcase, on the floor, but where is the third one?
5) Did you open the luggage on the desk?
6) Did you already found the three pyramids hand-written sign somewhere else?
7) Yes, next to the PC there is a locked compartment but I need the code…
8) The note is dated 1991… but…
9) But the last time in Giza was 16 years before 1991… so…
10) Look to the Giza complex map. It should be helpful to place the pyramids.
11) The three pyramids have different sizes.
12) What should I do with the sphynx? Perhaps I miss something. Look in the room.
13) Look low, around the desk.
14) Found the second golden coin combination?
15) It’s under the desk, behind the big blue vase, to the left.
16) I should use the sphynx according to the Giza complex map.

SOLVING THE OVERLAPPING HIEROGLYPHS RIDDLE

LOOKING AT THE COUPLES

1) Have you used the code on the piece of paper to open something?

FINDING THE TILES

2) There is a list of the tiles you need on the piece of paper connected to it.
3) Tiles: 1 in Giza Complex drawer, 1 on Giza Complex riddle table, 1 on the desk, 1 in the small openable compartment above the PC, 3 on the hieroglyphs table next to the PC, 2 under the table, 1 in the right drawer next to the PC, 1 in the compartment under the PC (right side), 1 in the drawer under the gramophone.

SOLVING THE PUZZLE

4) The scheme on the piece of paper is connected to the tiles holder next to the pc.
5) The figures have to overlap both horizontally and vertically… so...
6) So… they should appear at least two times in the couples.
7) Also they should appear both at least in one vertical and one horizontal couple.
8) You have to exclude the couples that do not appear more than once.
9) The figures that appear more than two times are likely to be middle ones.
10) The figures that do not appear more than two times cannot be middle ones.
11) Just solve the puzzle overlapping the couples that remain possible.

BOX KEY

12) The key is somewhere near where you found the box.
13) Look behind things.

STEP D

15) You need something that has that shape and is somehow connected to that sentence “on a boat on the red sea”.
16) Perhaps, a boat?
17) Look near the PC.
18) Stop 5 must be somewhere connected to a boat.

STEP E

19) The number behind this piece of wood won’t open.
20) If you opened all the others wood pieces there is no need to open this.
21) An obelisk. Find the obelisk!
22) Heliopolis!

TRACK THE EXPEDITION

23) You have to use the magnet but first you have to find out all the 5 stops.
24) Drag the magnet on the map to track the expedition following the chronological order of the five stops.

SOLVING THE SECOND PART OF GIZA COMPLEX RIDDLE

1) You need information about Giza to go on. Found them?
2) Look behind the Giza information.
3) Pyramids must be oriented correctly…
4) ... North is up, so…
5) … sunrise is East, sunset is West…
6) For the small pyramid... look at the map of Giza Complex.

can you explain the riddle of the stars? i do not understand what I am looking for. I thought it was meant to be which tiles have the same color gem on both sides, but that does not work unless I am inputting it incorrectly.
