Tossable Teleporter
Suggestions/Fixes
I think it is a bit overpowered, so I came out with a few suggestions:


Buffs:

1.drop intelligence before teleporting/ cannot be used while carrying the intelligence (MUST)

2.make its regenerate time a bit longer
(with 'picking up ammo packs reduce it's regenerate time as complement)

3.make a team-coloured outline at any time as it's hardly visible due to its small size.
Also, let other players have a general idea of where the scout will be teleported to.
(just like you can see the location of engineer's buildings after respawning)

4.cannot move for 0.5-1 second after teleporting
(invincible during the time period)
(prevent taunt kill)



Patches:

1.make its project like grenades (with sticky ability)

2.picking up ammo packs will reduce its regenerate time

3.invincible for 0.5-1 second after teleporting


Suggestions (optional):

1.make it stick to surface like sticky bombs instead of grenades

2.make it return immediately after 2-3 second instead of 5 when not enough space to teleport

3.make it return immediately when thrown outside the map/death pits
(because it wouldn't be nice to die after a missed shot)

4.an-ti fire to destroy/return item
(same as no.3)

5.players can destroy it like sticky bombs
(like short circuit or just any weapon)


?.additional buffs? Like reduce speed, jump height, max health etc.
