Could you make a version for Sniper? I think it would be much more useful for Sniper than Scout.
A: Sniper can use this to get to high places that could otherwise be unaccessible by the Sniper. This wouldn't be OP either, since most of the time you'd be in a place you'd be able to be shot at from.
B: Sniper would use this a lot more than Scout as the Scout already has massive amounts of mobility, whilst Sniper has little.
C: Scout's would probably just, you know, not use this. There isn't much use for a tossable teleporter for Scout, as the Scout can usually reach high places by either double jumping or even simply running up there.
