If you're playing Maxwell, your teleport (up special) is very good at getting through projectile spam. It's like a dodge, but it covers a lot of ground and has a ton of invulnerability frames. Just make sure your teleport ends on the ground to get that reduced endlag. Hope that helps!

You can also use the shadow hands to grab them out of their comfort zone and directly into your range.
