Combine soldiers are shooting player!

This question about this "problem" hasn't been ignored, you scrublords, we answer it all the time.

Disable addons that have or alter ai relationships.

The addon(s) that have ai relationships in them override the map's settings. For the map to work properly, you have to disable some addons.
