Here is some of the lore and other things that are either easy to miss or that I couldn't really put in the mod naturally.

  • There are many religious sects on Panastria. While they all share a common creation myth, that they were created from stardust and fell to the surface of Panastria, the method or reason changes depending on who you ask. Some believe that a higher being condensed the stardust and directed them to Panastria (there is disagree about which higher being it would be). Others believe that it was a cosmic coincidence and worship the stars that exploded to create them.

  • The seren, due to the gravity on Panastria, are naturally lighter and faster than their human counterparts, hence the changes in speed and dodge, but are not very strong. While Panastria is a planet similar to Earth, it is subject to much more extreme weather fluctuations, so the serens adapted by developing a greater tolerance to higher and lower temperatures.

  • Seren sensors (the horn-like protrusion on their head) act as psychic tuning forks, which is why they have a much higher psychic sensitivity than humans. Unlike most animal horns, the sensors are filled with nerve-endings and are very sensitive to physical touch. Most seren find the sensation of their sensor being touched sexually arousing, so it is considered very rude to grab them without permission.

  • Seren can communicate between each other through their sensors and it was the norm on Panastria, although they've generally learned vocal communication to talk to other species. The sensors create incredibly high-pitched signals that are undetectable by other species which can be picked up by other sensors. During an early period in seren history, it was a common punishment to remove a seren's sensors, as it would not only cut them off from speaking but also from hearing other seren or other signals at all. Modern reforms has outlawed sensor removal as cruel and torturous.

  • Much of the planet of Panastria had been industrialized, which killed off much of the native plant and animal life on the planet, excepting a few pet species, and automated mining. By this time, they simply imported much of their food products and lost much of their skills when it came to farming and animal husbandry. Despite this industrialization, the Panastrian culture placed heavy emphasis on artisanship, individualism, and quality, so they continued to craft products, treat patients, and cook food by hand. As serens imported supplies and exported their crafts, they became notable traders and merchants.
