I would like to see a potential shift in the hatred Idea and also a burn build. I thought it was crazy the first time I played through and saw amatarasu didn't have some kind of poison effect to signify the never ending black flame. A DOT build is very needed by this character and the self-harm build currently just doesn't make sense. This char doesn't feel like sasuke. Plus susanoo skill is very underwhelming. You need to shift all of sasukes Modes and make them a power not a skill. I would suggest taking a look at the saiyan mod and to get some new ideas.

I thought the same thing for Amaterasu at first, but waiting around until the enemy burned to death didn't feel like Sasuke either. So it's represented as big, theoretically infinitely-scaling Dark orbs instead. DOT comes from Inferno Style, which can have Caltrops++ damage if you build around it.

Can you elaborate on why you think the self-harm build makes no sense, or how it doesn't feel like Sasuke? Mangekyou Sharingan comes at the price of hurting your own eyesight; in-universe, a ton of characters comment on Sasuke's self-destructive nature, so that's where Hatred thing comes from.

Also, what do you mean by Modes? His Curse Mark and Susanoo forms? I'll consider rebalancing Susanoo though.

I really like the mod but I think it's pretty weak compared even to vanilla characters. Need more ways to trigger "orbs" instead of having fifteen different ways of evoking (because I don't even have the orbs). Mostly when I do get the orbs to come I don't really want to evoke right away but if I don't then I can't even attack properly.
Just my opinion here but I think The Crimson-Eyed deserves at least one more orb slot or new ways of acquiring them to start with. Having two lightning orbs and a possible darkness one lingering and stacking up would be awesome.
I often see myself losing too much self-inflicted damage and not even being able to defend myself right.
He doesn't really needs "buffs" just new ways to play him in different ways.

Glad you liked it! Thanks for the feedback.
I actually just made some big changes. A quick summary:

- You can play Hatred for (1) to Exhaust it.
- Tomoe (your reusable Orb slot card) costs 0 now
- Amp Up no longer Evokes
- It should be easier to Channel Orbs
- A new power a la Self-Forming Clay that gives you Block whenever you lose HP

Hope this makes him more fun to play! I've been thinking and testing hard haha
it feels like there is too much variance in card quality and performance/usability in archetypes and it can make runs beyond early ascension feel much harder than is fun. Cards like grudge and snakebite seemingly just take up space in your drafts because they accomplish so little by themselves. Self inflicted damage is strong but you see more ways to inflict it than you ever do ways to benefit from it. I enjoy the themes and archetypes present in the current cards, but it would be good to see some of the more general use cards be better so when you have to play outside your current archetype a bit for a fight, you're not suddenly weaker than no unlocks ironclad
