There seems to be bug when if empire with technocorp civics becomes emperor then this civic dissapears and cant even be taken with reform goverment option it is intended?

Ah no you are right, I didn't intend for those special types of empires to be able to access it (in the code) as it was written before the Emperor mechanic was introduced, I'll fix this soon.
I think I'll keep to bug reports or consistency errors from here on out, and there's another with the nihilist cult due to the fact that this version does not add Ascension perks, the new version of consectrated worlds isn't here but you still include the overwrite for concecrated worlds to disables it for the nihilist cult, you should probably just not include the ascension_perks/z_emex_vanilla_overwrite file (Unless you wanna edit it to do as your new perk does) since all it really does with this version is disable the perk.
@Dr. Nolegs Yep, just sent out a patch. The special version of the perk should now be available too.
A bit late, although I thought this was to be a civics only fork; adding the ascension perk for nihilist cult is fun, you seem to have forgotten to include it's icon with it's addition.

I also think you should include the option for factions in your main mod since it was really cool for you to do that.

Just thought since the AP belongs to a civic, it still should be included. Sorry about the icon, should now be fixed.

Yep, did that with the main mod along with the update for 3.4, it's all there.
Bugs - Research driven's (Hive), Mighty Processors (Robot), Constant Growth (Megacorp) use Admin Cap for a negative and positive respectively, these should be changed to empire sprawl modifiers.

Ah that is correct, believe that this Civics Only version didn't get the fix for that a bit ago
The Peacekeepers civic's name and icon do not match in the files. With the icon being under "civic_emex_peacekeeper" and the civic itself being under "civic_peacekeeper", causing it to be missing name and description localisations (in English at least) and civic icon.

The code seems to suggest only the localisation and icon need changing, as it appears to use the emex-less naming convention, however, I did not look through every file so there could be possible points where the naming convention is amiss.

Ah yes you are correct, the name was changed to include EMEX as otherwise it caused incompatibility with other mods that added a similar civic of the same name. Will fix soon.

Was just a slight hiccup in the files, should now be fixed.
What traits does the main mod give I think they are still in this mod
Two policy related issues i found is that when having a Holy Covenant tier 3, the new trade policy "Holy Covenant" is not unlocked.
The robotic workers policy is not shown in the policy tab, so the spiritualist faction has a permanent -5 approval on their "empty shell" agenda point for allowing robotic workers.
