Stats idea
Positive stats:
> Allow you to monitor the area around the camera.
> Has twice of HP of a lvl 3 sentry, making it durable. (Or not, Idk)
> Adds +50% HP to your dispenser

Negative stats:
> Costs 200 metal to install the camera + 180 metal to install the monitor on the dispenser.
> Takes more 3,5 secs to install the monitor in the dispenser.
> Replaces the default dispenser's metal stock monitor.
> Cam's monitor is destroyed with the dispenser. (That forces you to reinstall the monitor everytime the dispenser is destroyed.)
> Monitor can only be attached in a level 2 or 3 dispensers.

why should a little camera be so durable? in my opinion it should be squishy but also not that expensive to build... ( if its small enough and doesnt blink or make weird sounds, that should be a problem)

enemies can see the sentries location so that the spy can sap them and if the spy saps the dispencer he also saps the camera like the teleporters

Well, cams will be visible to all, but we can't just mark the cam like it says "Hey, I'm looking at ya', come here and destroy me!"

About the sapper... Nope.

Therefore, I think it might work that, if the dispenser is destroyed, the cam has a delay of 10 secs to be fully active, once the monitor is re-installed. (Engie needs to configurate the cam again, doesn't he?)

maybe when the sentry gets sapped the moniter shows static or a troll face?

If the sentry gets sapped on cam's reach, it'll just show the disabled sentry. The warning thing is on Engie's HUD

you could use it in conbination with the R-CAT MKII. as a sort of monitor / display, but it should be in black and white.

Stats:
Dispenser's screen is replaced with a camera.
Camera takes up 2ndary slot.
Camera requires 50 metal to build.
When the camera is sapped, the dispenser screen is frozen to the last 2-5 seconds of footage from the camera.
-Engineers are not notified if their sentry is being sapped
-Camera cannot be repaired
-Camera is stiff, meaning it does not turn or "look around".
-As the camera takes damage, the dispenser screen starts to loose contact and eventually turns to static.
+25% faster walk speed on player

New PDA for engineer-
-25 max health on user.
Dispenser is replaced with monitor. New building- camera.
Monitor does not supply health and ammo.
Monitor and camera both cost 100 metal to build and 200 to upgrade.
Camera cannot be placed too far away from monitor. Upgrading monitor will increase max distance.
Upgrading camera will increase picture quality considerably.
Camera and monitor both have 100 health at all levels.

Also i very like the idea of the gentleman above me-

how about wifh the backupplan shotgun equiped when rirering at dispenser will change in to camera dispenser for 5 seconds looking at the nearest respawn camera but the cammera will glow and 50% of all the damige done to the camera will go to (i have 2 ideas) A all your buildings
or B to you and peapole 5 meaters near you

+Moniter for your dispencer is now view of camera
+you can build a camera for 100 metal and moniter for 150
+Camera cant be destroyed but when sapped will freeze feed, rendering the camera useless
+when upgraded can pan the camera, then can pan further
+You can place a camera on a wall and a celing
-When the camera is sapped it loses it's paning ability
-The engineer's dispencer cant be upgraded and holds only 200 metal, not 500
-The camera can be shot in the lense, causing the feed to be down and the engineer to fix it
-25% less health for all the engineer's buildings
-You cant moniter how mutch metal is in the dispencer
-15% slower repair rate
