If your contract has bugged - do this
Save the game, open the savefile in a text editor and look for
VFECore.HiringContractTracker
It will be wrapped in a
<li>
block. You need to delete everything from
<li
to
</li>

I know this thread is hella old. But could you be more specific as to how much we delete?
