Any way to change what a warcasket pawn can do?

I would like to enable doctoring as a job that a warcasket pawn can do. Any way how to?

Go into the mod folder (easy to find with rimpy), go into 1.4>Defs>TraitDefs and remove the disabled work types in Traits_Singular.xml using any text editor (Notepad++ is awesome for this).
Or get RIMMSQOL mod and do this in that mod in-game.
