Issue: Warcasket weapons rendering above shoulder.

Change description for Brute warcasket about shield

Currently the description for the Brute series talks about it's special shield that can block melee attacks. I saw in old comments that is not intend feature, and think updating the description would help not confuse people. It's much less helpful, although the high shields and detonation are still very nice.
