Hint guide to The Scientists' Office
If you are struggling hard with the room, here is a collection of hints if needed.

Steps with a * next to it contain an answer to a clue.

THE FIRST ROOM:

Right when you walk in, you are met with a note telling you of the story regarding the four scientists. It also tells you that the door has been locked. You need to find a way in.

Hints:
1. Did you check behind everything?
*2. Look at the vacation photo.
3. Where would that coin go?
4. The coin displays on the drawer is missing a coin.
5. You should have found the key.

Once the first room is solved, you will enter the main room where all of the puzzles will be for the remainder of the game.

THE RESEARCHER'S CORNER:

The Researcher has a grand study right to the left when you enter the room.

1. Look at the items on the researcher's desk.
2. The key hole is hidden. Look behind things.
*3. Did you check behind the picture frame?
4. In the drawer where the chalice is located, there is a medallion with a colored arrow pointing to it. Where does the chalice go? Look around.
*5. Check the cabinet. the chalice should go in there.
6. Find clues know which color arrow points towards the medallion.
7. Find the animal statue. Where would it go?
*8. The books in the study should give you a hint on where the statues are suppose to go.
9. One of the drawers looks like it can be broken into, perhaps a tool can be used.
10. The card numbers in the drawer are the combination.
11. Three medallions/colored arrows should have been found around the desk. What do the arrows pointing to them tell you?

THE SURGEON'S CORNER:

To the right when you enter the room is the surgeon's corner, as well as three of the surgeons former patients.

1. What did the surgeon leave behind on the pinboard?
2. Maybe you can replaced the third patient's eye?
*3. Maybe the spare eyeball was placed inside of something?.
4. Replacing the eye has moved the statue, revealing a note and a cipher.
5. Did you check the bookshelf for any hidden notes?
*6. Certain things on the hidden note are highlighted, like a birthday?
7. Check the second patient's jaw, it has a lock on it.
8. Where does the note under the statue say the key goes?
9. *Put the missing piece back on the shelf.
10. The ribs of all the patients have labels on it, with strange symbols.
11. *The result of deciphering the symbols is the final code to the corner.

THE MATHEMATICIAN'S CORNER

In the far left corner was where the mathematician resided.

1. The books on the shelf are marked in a specific way.
*2. Pulling some of the books revealed an umbrella in the shelf. Where would the umbrella and hat go?
3. Look for a place where the screwdriver would fit.
*4. What is the weird contraption on the table?
5. There seems to be the same number as book to block on the table.
6. The Cylinders have colored dots, like the whiteboard.
7. Is there a way to decipher the whiteboard?
*8. Check the drawers for a cipher.
9. What is the cipher telling you about the white board?

THE ARCHAEOLOGIST'S CORNER

The far right corner of the room is where the archaeologist pondered over a table.

1. Look at the obelisks on the table.
2. The missing obelisk is in the drawer, how do you get there?
*3. How many big obelisks are there compared to small ones?
*4. Examine the spare obelisk to find out where it would go on the table.
5. The Wall fell and revealed drawings in a separate room. What do they tell you?
6. Did you notice the statue on the bookshelf?
7. A statue is missing, look behind something to find it.
*8. Look at the table at different angles to find out which lock takes which statue.
9. A key! which lock does it go in?
*10. A key behind the shelf! only one lock left to try!

I don't understand the researcher's corner: I couldn't figure out what the hint meant, so I just did every single combination and when I got it, I still didn't know what was supposed to show me the real answer

For the researchers corner, your #4 hint mentions a chalice but I can't find a chalice anywhere. Not sure what you mean by that.

The chalice is located in one of the cabinets in the main study. The door opens by a key to a lock found behind the picture frame

I think Im having a glitch. I have done 3 of the 4 corners. I am on the surgeons corner and I got the box open, but the key does not open the lock under the statue. It fits but then just goes back into my inventory

That's not where the key is meant to go. The key is meant for another place. A note underneath the statue will tell you where the key will go. To move the statue, fix the skeleton with the missing eye

I did that but the note under the statue only tells me the code to the skeletons. The code unlocks the box in the middle ones lap but the key inside goes to nowhere.

The key goes into the nose of one of the skeletons. It should tell you this on the same note under the statue.

I've tried all of them.. Addition also doesn't give a thing

Each Skeleton's tag has the cipher symbols that correspond to a number shown on the paper under the statue. the symbol on each tag adds up to the correct number for the final puzzle on the shelf.

The solution:
First one: 1+2= 3
Second one: 5+3= 8
Third one: 1+1+4= 6
Combination: 3 8 6
