HOW TO ..
  1. PLAY SP/MP
  2. PLAY DEDICATED SERVER

  6. SAVE/EXPORT YOUR CURRENT GAMES/BASES

PLAY SP/MP
Download/Sub to the mod.. activate it in game and voilà.
You can setup and launch a new game with AIZ 3.
You NEED to TURN this option OFF in sandbox (Randomized house chance - set NEVER)
Turn ON in the game settings (Double-sized textures: YES)
!! Load this mod first !!


PLAY DEDICATED SERVER
in server ini have:
Map=Kentucky
WorkshopItems=2728359552 (etc...)
Mods=aizexpansion3 (etc...)
!! "aizexpansion3" MUST be FIRST in your mods list !!


FIX PERFORMANCE ISSUES
Increase allocated memory from the default 1G (1024M), to whatever is reasonable for your system. I have 16G of RAM. So I set this to 8G (8192M) .
Go into your Project Zomboid install directory find ProjectZomboid64.json and change it there. Disabling VOIP in audio settings also helps performance.


FIX FPS DROP
Reduce Blood Level in :
Sandbox options for SP/MP - SandboxVars.lua for DEDICATED

Reduce bloodstains / bloodsplater to 10% in options. (possible + 30/40 fps)


FIX DESYNC IN MULTIPLAYERS
I'm not sure but some mods can cause sync problems. Especially those that change zombies behavior such as 'Customizable Zombies'. If you have a mod like this installed on your server, try disabling it.

ADD MAPS / ROADS / VEHICLE SPAWNS
Check out the new utility mod 'Cheat Menu AIZ Editor' added to this item, which allows people to add their own custom roads, and vehicle spawns.
