Post here your bug reports.

Describe the issue and provide the error message if available. It would be good to also have a list of loaded mods you can find your ModConfig.xml in

Hey there! I am getting a crash to desktop during startup. I've done a bit of troubleshooting without this mod I startup just fine. It stops at the "Loading Defs" part of startup. I originally thought it was some kind of conflict between Perfect Medieval Playthrough and this, or another MO Patch mod. But no combination of them seem to make things work. If you have any thoughts, or can give any insight, I would greatly appreciate it, thank you!

@Lionheart That's interesting thanks for the mod list. I guess there are some patches clashing between the two mods.

I'll test it out as soon as I can. I'll see if it's possible to, at least, avoid crashes

From a cursory look didn't see any crash with the two mods and a small modlist, in any case I just pushed an updated build of the mod, It's likely I have local patches and changes

Thanks for being so kind and responsive. I cleared out the data and redownloaded, still getting the issue. Here's my log if that helps at all. When I get time this evening I'll start parsing through small batches to see if I can find what it is causing the conflict.

I found it. Seems to be a conflict with VFE Tribal Patches that's causing the crash. Maybe because they're trying to patch similar things?

Ah I see, I'm sure there are a few patches that can overlap. You can try to move the other mod after mine or disable my tribal patches in the mod configuration (Vanilla Expanded Framework, Toggleable patches)

Disabling your tribal patches in the mod configuration has solved the issue and allows the game to load. Thanks for your assistance!

Hey I'm here to report a very obscure/convoluted bug.

If this mod is used together with mlie's remove industrial stuff, dbh for medieval, and a research tree mod like researchpal or mlie's fork, the entire research tree will break. All 4 of these mods need to be present and removing any of them fixes the problem.

Since this is a multimod issue, I ended up writing here because the easiest solution to fix this is to have the "dubs bad hygiene medieval central heating" setting disabled by default as that is the one causing it. On the description for this mod, it says it's supposed to be already off by default but both me with a cleared cache and my friend with a fresh download can confirm that it's currently on.

I can provide a hugslib log if you want but figured it's not needed since I already pinned down the exact setting and mod combination that causes it. I also confirmed that it's only those 4 together causing it as I used a modlist with only those and their dependencies.

@Theo, thank you, I'll check, if it's on by default I'll release a new version asap. That was supposed to be off by default (no easy heating in medieval ages!)

Hi, have you added XML Extensions as required mod with latest update? Got a Alpha Biomes related error message until adding that mod.

@DaFunyon LazyLizzard my fault for hastly making changes. That patch was meant for the beta version. Uploading a new old version asap.

hi there

for some reason simple Research Bench is locked behing Complex Furniture, and Complex Furniture can't be researched, stating that it is "Missing Research spot".
the mod is up to date and loaded last before rocketman
it seems to require VFE spot, but i can only build MO one

@Ris the MO basic bench should suffice to research complex furniture, also MO has it's own advanced research bench. Basic research bench requires rustic furniture I believe

i might have worded my question poorly, sorry. MO simple research bench IS locked behind complex furniture. In rustic furniture it is listed as being unlocked by researching Complex Furniture. So both are needed.

But complex furniture tells me that i need specificly VFE-Tribal research spot, that is seem to be replaced by MO's researchING spot. So i am stuck without abielity to research complex furniture at all.

UPDATE: sorry for wasting your time, for some reason tribal research spot was not in Production, but in Misc. tab, hence why i could not find it.
