time warp doesn't work
it worked yesterday but after I made a new save and enabled/disabled some mods, trying to set a time now gives me the message: As the developers intended, you CANNOT go back in time to when the apocalypse began.
Anyone know how to fix this?
I looked in the logs but no luck so far...

I was having the same issue. I believe it means you can't go back to before the start date of the game.

It requires you to fill ou the exact time you want it to change to, as opposed to simply going forwards 10 hours or whatever. The game starts (by default) on July 1993. If you leave the years box empy it just defaults to 1993.
