CH's file encoding is "ANSI" not "UTF-8"

IG_UI_CH.txt and UI_CH.txt
The encoding is still UTF-8

What should I use? Big 5?
I will try Big 5 for the next update

What should I use? Big 5?

Can you save the txt file encoding to "ANSI"?

I think you need to re-paste the translated content
and save it before it will work
