Very nice. Wasn't there a real-life hostage scenario that took place like this?
Opfor holding hostages in a plane, SEALS/DEVGRU/etc staging a raid to rescue the hostages?

Anybody know what I'm talking about? I remember seeing something like it on the history channel a few years ago.

I'm not sure what it was exactly but it was definitely special forces.

Yeah, I think that's the one. Thanks. I wasn't aware there was a movie about it, though.

Yeah, operation Entebe was done by the Israeli Sayeret Matkal and infact one of Israel's former primer minister participated in the raid (obviously he was an operator then not a politician)

Yeah I do Air France flight 8969 hijackers told them to fly to Paris I believe and they killed one passenger before the tactical units killed all the terrorists.

yeah entennebe airport was a raid on a building not a plane,
GSG9 raided a lithuanian plane once it landed (there were 2 SAS scouts however at the location)
