Barrel 1 is way to OP. Seringe gun shoots quickly and if you double it it will be so quick that it will spam to much. Suggestion:
-25% firing speed
-15% ammo
+ Shoots twice at once
+ Slight push back (pushforce)
Barrel 2 sounds good but you need downside like:
On hit: slowed by 10% and makes them halucinate
-15% damage
Personaly, i don't like this it doesnt seem to fit with tf2 that much really.
Barrel 1
-50% firing speed
+20% projectile speed
On kill: 20% speed bonus for 5 seconds
Barrel 2
Fires a single bolt like Crusader's Crossbow
-15% slower reload speed
+10% damage more than Crossbow
-20% projectile speed
One shot uses 40 ammo units

25% more siringe speed
25% less arc
CONS
-25% clip size
BARREL 2
PROS
fire a bolt that slows enemies for 3 seconds
CONS
no damage
I would love to see one of those stereotypical 'CoD kid rages at TF2' noobs react to constant voices...
+Builds charge on hit
+15% Faster firing speed
+Alt-Fire: Gain mini-crits when activated when charge meter is full
-5 Degree random projectile deviation when in charge mode
-Wearer cannot regenerate health
-15% Damage penalty
and no healt regeneration kills it
Mode 1:
Functions like stock syringe gun with 3/4 clip size and 10% slower firing speed
Mode 2:
Fires a single gravity-affected projectile
On hit: Causes victim to hallucinate for 15 seconds (disorientation+pyrovision+hearing constant random voice lines from different directions+occasionally seeing someone in the opposite team+random swerving)
Firing modes have 2 different ammo pools
Left Click: Medi-Bomb, Heals double and does more damage depending on your ubercharge.
