So I've had 3 friends lose their traits from this mod, specifically ADHD and Tourettes. There's not much indication of how/when this happens, and even with admin commands I'm unable to add them back onto their trait list.

Worth noting that I do have the server running with MoreTraits and Simple Overhaul Traits and Occupations, the latter of which does have some dynamic traits - unsure if that would mess with the nature of this mod.

Server console will spit the following error whenever they log in:
LOG ERROR: General> IsoGameCharacter$XP.load> unknown trait "ADHD"
LOG ERROR: General> IsoGameCharacter$XP.load> unknown trait "Tourette"

I know the creator has mentioned somewhere that they likely won't be working on this mod until B42 release, but I'm leaving this here for posterity and in case anyone happens to know a fix.
